Nadácia F. A. Hayeka má zásadné výhrady k reforme dôchodkového zabezpečenia
v podobe zákonov o sociálnom poistení a dôchodkovom sporení, o ktorých majú poslanci NR SR hlasovať na budúci týždeň. Dôchodkový systém v Slovenskej republike sa dnes nachádza vo vážnej kríze. Jej riešením môže byť iba zásadná a systémová dôchodková reforma, ktorej prípravou bolo poverené Ministerstvo práce, sociálnych vecí a rodiny SR. Predložená a čiastočne už schválená dôchodková reforma sa však značne odlišuje od pôvodných zámerov, upravených v programovom vyhlásení vlády i v samotnej vládou schválenej Koncepcii reformy dôchodkového zabezpečenia. :viac
