Dear Tom,

Sorry for not exchanging e-mails with you regularly. However, the situation with limited Internet access has not changed here in Washington. Hopefully, it will be improved in SF and LA.

Some meetings here are better, some of them are worse – hopefully, the former will prevail at the end of the whole program.

For tomorrow here in Washington and on Thursday in SF I have two meetings with two Nobel Prize Laureates – James Buchanan and Milton Friedman. Cross your fingers to help to make these meetings to happen!
